Download a practical Anti-Bullying Week pack for primary and post-primary classrooms: assembly scripts, lesson plans, Odd Socks Day printables and a parent newsletter template.
The pack is designed for Anti-Bullying Week 2026 planning, but the materials can also support tutor time, SPHE, PDMU, pastoral care and whole-school wellbeing work. Schools can use the assembly script to open the week, then use the lesson plans to help pupils practise the language of help-seeking, bystander support and respectful disagreement.
Primary classes can keep activities concrete: friendship, exclusion, telling a trusted adult and celebrating difference. Post-primary classes can move into group chats, screenshots, social pressure, prejudice-based bullying and what it means to break the silence safely.
For live delivery, pair the pack with an anti-bullying workshop tailored to the year groups that need the most support.
Fill in the short form and your PDF is ready to download straight away. Over the following two weeks we will also send a short series of practical emails: how to get the most from the materials, a policy review checklist, and ideas for Anti-Bullying Week 2026. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
