Workshops

Anti-bullying workshops for schools

Expert-led anti-bullying workshops for primary, post-primary and staff teams, designed to help pupils understand bullying behaviour, bystander choices, online harm and practical help-seeking.

Workshop formats

HIP Psychology can support in-person, hybrid or virtual delivery depending on the school context. The offer can be shaped around primary pupils, post-primary pupils, staff CPD or a whole-school campaign week.

Schools can use a workshop as the centrepiece for Anti-Bullying Week 2026, as a follow-up after pupil feedback, or as targeted support where a year group needs clearer language around bullying, bystanders and online behaviour.

What is included

Sessions can cover definitions, power imbalance, relational bullying, cyberbullying, bystander choices, reporting routes and follow-up activities. Staff sessions can focus on consistent language, parent communication and policy awareness.

Primary sessions keep examples concrete and safe. Post-primary sessions can explore group-chat pressure, screenshots, social exclusion, prejudice-based bullying and the reasons pupils may stay silent even when they know something is wrong.

Request a workshop quote

Every school is different, so workshops are shaped and priced by phase, group size, location and the number of sessions. Tell us a little about your school and the HIP Psychology team will come back with options and a quote, usually within two working days.

Common questions

Who are the workshops for?

Primary pupils, post-primary pupils and staff teams. Sessions are adapted to the age group and to what your school is already doing.

Can a workshop anchor Anti-Bullying Week?

Yes. Many schools use a workshop as the live centrepiece of Anti-Bullying Week (16 to 20 November 2026), with the free pack covering assemblies and lessons around it.

Do you cover both NI and ROI?

Yes. HIP Psychology works with schools across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, in person or virtually.

How much does a workshop cost?

Pricing depends on phase, group size, location and the number of sessions, so we quote per school. Use the form above and you will have options within two working days.
