Privacy policy

This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the details you share on antibullyingni.co.uk.

Who is responsible for your data

HIP Psychology Ltd is the data controller for this site. If you have any question about your data, email info@hippsychology.com.

What we collect and why

When you download a free resource, we ask for your name, school, role and email address. We use these to give you the download, to send a short series of follow-up emails about using the materials, and to understand which schools find the resources useful.

When you request a workshop quote, we ask for your name, school, email, an optional phone number and a short message. We use these only to respond to your enquiry.

We do not sell or share your details with anyone outside HIP Psychology, and we do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Where your details are stored

Form submissions are stored in a secure database hosted in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland region). Enquiries and download notifications are also delivered to the HIP Psychology team by email.

How long we keep them

We keep enquiry and download details for up to two years so we can support your school across more than one Anti-Bullying Week, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. Every follow-up email we send also includes an unsubscribe link. To exercise any of these rights, email info@hippsychology.com and we will act on it within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) in the UK or the Data Protection Commission (DPC) in Ireland.
