How does the policy show what prevention looks like in classrooms, corridors, online spaces and parent communication? Are pupils taught the language of bullying behaviour, help-seeking and safe bystander choices?
Questions about response
When a concern is raised, who listens, who records, who informs parents and who checks whether behaviour has stopped? Are those steps understood by staff beyond the senior team?
Questions about pupil and parent voice
Can pupils explain whether reporting routes feel realistic? Can parents understand what the school will do after a concern is raised? Has the school tested the policy with real users, not just leaders?
Questions for implementation
