A useful KS2 anti-bullying lesson helps pupils understand repeated harmful behaviour, practise asking for help and think about safe ways to support a peer.
By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to explain that bullying is more than a one-off disagreement, name at least two trusted adults and describe one safe bystander action.
Give pupils short fictional examples and ask them to sort them into disagreement, unkind behaviour and bullying behaviour. Discuss repetition, intent, impact and power in simple language.
Ask pupils to choose one example and complete three prompts: what the pupil might feel, who they could speak to, and what a safe friend could do. Keep the answers practical and connected to the real school day.
End by practising one sentence pupils can use with an adult. Children do not need perfect language before asking for help; they need a safe first step.
