NI policy resource
A free policy checklist for Northern Ireland schools, mapped to the Addressing Bullying in Schools Act and Education Authority guidance.
Northern Ireland school leaders can use the checklist before Anti-Bullying Week, during policy review or after a significant pastoral concern. It prompts the team to check whether definitions, recording expectations, pupil consultation and parent-facing language are current and easy for staff to apply.
Use it alongside the Addressing Bullying in Schools Act summary, the NI policy template guide and the Education Authority resource page.
Fill in the short form and your PDF is ready to download straight away. Over the following two weeks we will also send a short series of practical emails: how to get the most from the materials, a policy review checklist, and ideas for Anti-Bullying Week 2026. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Planning November as well? The free Anti-Bullying Week classroom pack covers assemblies, lessons and Odd Socks Day.
Choose primary, post-primary or staff CPD support and HIP Psychology will shape the session around your school context.
